A rental agreement will be sent over after the booking is confirmed, to sign. You will be required to provide a photo copy of your valid driver's license that matches the credit card / check used to book the reservation.

After booking, if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with the property, we will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.
A non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$500 per pet, depending on the property, may apply. Not all properties accept pets, or certain weights and breeds.
