This is due to us needing to hold the calendars open for potential longer term bookings (over 30 days), such as corporate/production/medical/displacement/interim - to name a few. We will make every attempt to offer another location that fits your specific dates/requirements, but cannot guarantee placement. Please understand, it is policy, and not meant to offend or upset anyone.
You MAY be required to provide a copy of a photo ID that matches the method of payment for the booking - as well as a copy of the credit card used for booking. Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking. After booking, if there is a maintenance issue or other unforeseen issue with the property THE STELLA will make every attempt to place guests into a like property, but cannot guarantee availability or rates.
Pets may be considered at properties managed by THE STELLA, and are considered on a case by case basis. There may be restrictions on the number of pets, breed, size, etc. Additional pet fee/deposit is likely to be added on top of the pricing that is initially quoted.
THE STELLA may charge a fee for: late check out if not approved, after-hour maintenance if not emergency, lost keys/fobs/parking passes, noise violations, parking violations, excessive damage to property, extra people on property without prior approval.
THE STELLA does NOT allow or tolerate: fraud, events/parties that are not approved in writing prior to taking possession of the unit, smoking of ANY kind, intentional property damage or excessive accidental damage, illegal activity, domestic violence, underage occupancy, filming for any public distribution without a mutually executed contract in place, stealing of property info and photos for false advertisement. Violators will prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
